Rock Regan chose to deploy Traction when he was CIO of the State of Connecticut. In his new CIO and Government Technology Blog, Rock quotes Government Technology's story on IJIS Institute's use of Traction and adds:

"Note: We used Traction Software in Connecticut and it's by far the best business ready blog software out there." - Rock Regan

Thanks Rock! Connecticut's Department of Information Technology (DOIT) started using Traction to connect the State's internal IT community (spread across many agencies) on general IT issues, and work as a small private group to identify, discuss and track IT threats. Their use has expanded include collaboration on HIPA topics and RFCs.
